The University Transformation Management Office shall oversee the development of the University’s strategy in accordance with best practices; coordinate efforts among relevant entities to ensure integration and the achievement of objectives; establish a comprehensive governance framework for transformation processes in line with approved regulations and policies; review various proposals and submit the necessary recommendations; prepare periodic reports on the progress of transformation; and propose the development of transformation strategies and verify the efficiency and effectiveness of their outputs.
The transformation has already begun, as the university's foundational system was issued on 1444/02/09 AH (September 5, 2022 AD), which granted the university legal personality and independent financial status, linking it to the Royal Commission for Riyadh City. This was followed by the issuance of the royal decree dated 1445/01/07 AH (June 25, 2023 AD) to form the university's Board of Directors, which established the Transformation Management Office.
