King Saud University’s Transformation Office Organizes “Transformation Hackathon” to Support Institutional Transformation
The Transformation Office at King Saud University, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs through the Student Partnership Program, organized the “Transformation Hackathon” during the period from April 24 to 27, 2025. The event was held as part of the Leading from the Front program initiatives, which aim to empower the university community to actively contribute to the university’s institutional transformation journey.

From October 10, 2024, to February 10, 2025, the Transformation Management Office at King Saud University organized a series of workshops, engaging representatives from all university sectors in collaboration with consulting firms to assess the current state and help shape the University’s strategic direction.

On January 29, 2025, the Transformation Management Office at King Saud University held the first Transformation Introductory Meeting, launching the Transformation Program under the slogan Our KSU – Our University Builds Our Nation, followed by a panel discussion with representatives of the esteemed members of the University’s Board of Trustees.
