Office’s Role
The Transformation Management Office (TMO) shall oversee the development of the University’s strategy in accordance with best practices; coordinate efforts with the University’s executive management and relevant entities to ensure integration and the achievement of objectives; establish a comprehensive governance framework for transformation processes in line with approved regulations and policies; review various proposals and submit the necessary recommendations; prepare periodic reports on the progress of transformation; and propose the development of transformation strategies while verifying the efficiency and effectiveness of their outcomes.
