Enable ambassadors to serve as role models in embedding KSU’s transformation mindsets.
Provide a structured learning experience that blends leadership development, missions, and mentorship.
Foster alignment and engagement across colleges, deanships, and administrative entities.
Your Journey as an Ambassador
Over an 8-month journey, ambassadors are supported, trained, and empowered through key change mindsets to become vibrant changemakers at KSU. Through this program, ambassadors undertake four 2-month learning cycles.

Ambassador Cohorts and full journey
Transformation Ambassadors are at the heart of the transformation journey; therefore, they merit dedicated effort and attention. To sustain this impact, the program follows an annual cohort model, welcoming a new group of ambassadors each year and guiding them through a structured development journey. Upon completing their preparation cycles, ambassadors are assigned to focused transformation activities while a new cohort begins its journey—ensuring continuity and long-term transformation impact across the organization.
