The Transformation Management Office (TMO) at King Saud University is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the University’s transformation and the formulation of its strategy. It ensures alignment with global best practices, establishes governance frameworks, harmonizes efforts among stakeholders, reviews proposals, monitors progress, and submits periodic reports to the Executive Committee. The TMO also recommends improvements, fosters transparency and trust in implementation, and maintains comprehensive records to support decision-making and accountability.
