The University Transformation Management Office shall oversee the development of the University’s strategy in accordance with best practices; coordinate efforts among relevant entities to ensure integration and the achievement of objectives; establish a comprehensive governance framework for transformation processes in line with approved regulations and policies; review various proposals and submit the necessary recommendations; prepare periodic reports on the progress of transformation; and propose the development of transformation strategies and verify the efficiency and effectiveness of their outputs.
